A delivery line that answers, weekends included.
Customers of a delivery service called with questions, and a call nobody picked up left no record. Now a voice assistant answers the line, every conversation is written down, and the owner reads a short brief.
The pain
People called about rates, pickups and where their delivery was. When nobody picked up, the call left no trace, so nobody inside the company knew how many customers were lost this way.
How we found it
Before building anything, we looked at how requests actually reach the company. The phone line was the gap: a call that is never answered does not show up in any report.
What we built
A voice assistant on the company line, built on SkyAria Voice. It answers common questions, says that it is an AI, and takes details when a caller wants a person. Every conversation becomes a record written the same way each time, and the day is grouped into a summary for the owner.

Where a person stays
The owner reads the brief and decides who gets a call back and what changes. The assistant collects and hands over; people decide.
