Does the AI tell callers that it is an AI?+

Yes. Every SkyAria persona identifies itself as an AI assistant in its first sentence, before any intake begins. This is required in Florida and is best practice everywhere.

Is it legal to record calls in Florida?+

Florida is an all-party consent state. SkyAria plays a recording and transcription consent notice before any substantive conversation starts, so every recorded call is consented to.

Will callers know they are talking to a bot?+

They are told upfront, by design. The voice itself is natural enough that most callers stay comfortable through the whole call. Honest disclosure and a human-quality voice are not in conflict.

What happens if the assistant does not know an answer?+

It says so plainly and offers a callback or a transfer. SkyAria personas never invent answers. You also get a full transcript of every call, so you can see exactly what was said.

What if the caller wants a real person?+

Any caller who asks for a human, raises a safety concern, or hits a knowledge gap is routed to your escalation number, either by warm transfer or a captured callback request.
