Pricing FAQ
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time $399 setup covers KB ingestion, voice persona configuration, phone forwarding setup, and a thirty-minute onboarding call. After that, only the monthly tier price applies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. SkyAria is month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you cancel mid-month, the remaining days are prorated and refunded.
What if I exceed my monthly call limit on the Starter tier?
Each call beyond 100 in a month is billed at $0.45 per call. The first time you exceed, we automatically email a tier upgrade suggestion — most Starter customers who hit the cap save money by upgrading to Growth.
Do I need to port my phone number?
No. We give you a new dedicated phone number on signup, and you set up a five-minute call-forwarding rule on your existing line. Your number stays yours; SkyAria answers when you cannot.
Does the AI sound robotic?
No. We use the latest realtime voice models (Gemini Live two point five) which sound natural enough that many callers do not realize they are speaking with AI until told. Each persona discloses being an AI in the first sentence — required by law in Florida and best practice nationwide.
What if SkyAria gives the wrong answer?
Every persona has a strict tri-state tool rule: if it does not know an answer, it says so and offers to have a human call back. There are no fabricated answers. You also get a full transcript of every call so you can audit and refine the knowledge base anytime.
How fast can we go live?
Most customers go live within twenty-four hours of signup if they upload their FAQ content during onboarding. Custom voice and persona work on the Pro tier may add a day or two.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes — Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian are supported on every tier. Brighton Beach restaurant and Russian-speaking medspa customers are core to our roadmap.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. All calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings are stored in private Supabase Storage with row-level security per organization. The Pro tier is HIPAA-compliant with a signed BAA covering Telnyx and Google Cloud.
