Can I cancel anytime?

Plans are billed monthly. Cancellation and any proration are handled in accordance with your service agreement - contact us and we will walk you through it.

What if I exceed my monthly minutes?

Every minute beyond your plan is billed at $0.50 per minute. We email an automatic alert when you reach 80 percent of your monthly minutes so there are no surprises, and you can move up a tier anytime.

Do I need to port my phone number?

No. We give you a new dedicated phone number on signup, and you set up a five-minute call-forwarding rule on your existing line. Your number stays yours; SkyAria answers when you cannot. If you prefer to port your existing number to SkyAria, contact sales and we will arrange it.

Does the AI sound robotic?

No. We use the latest realtime voice models, which sound natural enough that many callers do not realize they are speaking with AI until told. Each persona discloses being an AI in the first sentence - required by law in Florida and best practice nationwide.

What if SkyAria gives the wrong answer?

Every persona has a strict tri-state tool rule: if it does not know an answer, it says so and offers to have a human call back. There are no fabricated answers. You also get a full transcript of every call so you can audit and refine the knowledge base anytime.

How fast can we go live?

Most customers go live within about a day of signup once they upload their FAQ content during onboarding. Custom voice and persona work on the Premium tier may add a day or two.

Do you support languages other than English?

Yes - Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian are supported on every tier. Brighton Beach restaurant and Russian-speaking medspa customers are core to our roadmap.

Is my call data secure?

Yes. All calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. Call transcripts are stored securely with row-level security per organization and retained only to the extent required by applicable law. A HIPAA-compliant option with a signed Business Associate Agreement is available for medspa, dental, and medical offices - contact sales for details.
